“American made … revolutionary.” That’s how Rock Island describes its new pistol, the RIA 5.0. It features an interesting patented RVS recoil system, reportedly maximizing barrel mass and linear movement for soft recoil, according to RIA.
The barrel also sits lower in relationship to bore axis. Meanwhile, a two-piece modular grip frame comprises a hybrid polymer and aluminum design. There’s a lot going on here, and we can’t wait to test one.
