The Legend of the Yeet Cannon Continues

[ad_1]

Remember the amazing saga that was the Yeet Cannon? We sure do. Back in 2019, Hi-Point dominated the internet for a time with its crazy viral “Name the Nine” promotion. The people spoke, mostly with absurdity, but rather than shy away from it, the good folks at Hi-Point leaned into it. As a result, the Hi-Point YC9 was born. And the rest was history … until now. The Yeet Cannon returns in the form of the new Hi-Point YC380.

Hi-Point YC380 Details

The YC380 comprises Hi-Point’s top-tier .380 handgun. It features a threaded barrel for attaching a suppressor other muzzle device via 1/2-28 threads. The pistol comes with a Glock-style replaceable front sight, new stylized grips, backstrap safety and reversible backstrap for a custom fit. The newly styled slide updates the look while providing a mounting surface for red dot optics.

The precision-crafted barrel utilizes 9 LH twists for bullet stabilization. The rifling technology allows for consistent performance, according to Hi-Point. The 34.2-ounce weight should also help shooters control recoil. Finally, the pistol sports a 10-round magazine, capable of handling +P-rated ammunition.

“As a brand committed to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are delighted to introduce the Hi-Point YC380,” said Kara Boesenberg, EVP for MKS Supply. “We are super excited to continue offering hi-quality firearms at affordable prices, and the YC380 fits that mold perfectly.”

The new Yeet Cannon comes in a black/steel grey version, with or without a threaded barrel. It also offers an option with “YEET CANNON” engraved on the slide. Retail price is $229. For more info, visit mkssupply.com.
