Color us all over this one. We’ve been shouting it from the rooftops ever since we heard Chris Pratt and company got the rights to Jack Carr’s “The Terminal List.” Buckle up! And now the numbers are in. Despite relentless attacks from woke left-wing critics, “The Terminal List” roared off to incredible success.
Terminal List Critics Get Owned
Try humming along to the tune of 1.6 billion minutes of streamed viewing so far. The only show it trails is the equally incredible “Stranger Things,” on Netflix. Of course, that show appeals to an even greater base of folks, drawing in teens up through adults. Meanwhile, “The Terminal List” clearly aims in on our people. You know, American flag-waving, fire-breathing dragons. Military veterans. Citizens who appreciate the way of the gun. So of course the left, and nearly all the mainstream media, hates the good work turned in by Carr, Pratt and all the rest.
“The critics are not big fans of this, but the audience score on Rotten Tomatoes is 94-95%, and it’s the number two streaming show across all of television right now,” Carr told Fox News. “For those of you who don’t do the math, that’s quite a few years.”
Daily Beast Slanders ‘The Terminal List’
No one went after “The Terminal List” quite like The Daily Beast. It dubbed the series “unhinged, right-wing revenge fantasy” and a “gung-ho macho action-drama tailor-made for fortysomething Call of Duty players.” It further claimed the series lacked morality, calling Pratt’s portrayal “dark and disturbing.”
But Pratt’s been here before. He’s been attacked by the left for professing to be a Christian. Now the left-wing media attempts to slander his work because it strikes a chord they remain so clearly tone deaf to hear. There’s a huge chunk of America out there not like you Daily Beast. They connect more with the Jack Carr’s of this world, rather than social media influencers and pundits. They believe in the Second Amendment, not Gun Free Zones and overreaching government control.
The proof’s in the pudding folks. So hang on tight, cause Carr just keep pumping out great novels. And if Pratt and his team keep streaming new shows, all of Gundom will no doubt be watching.
