Self-Defense Tip #117 — What Weapons Can You Legally Carry Everywhere

[ad_1]

Below is a list of items you may get away with carrying in places such as New York City, with totalitarian laws modeled on the Soviet and Nazi laws (both socialist systems), compiled by Dale DuPont. My comments are in square brackets:

1) A small can of pepper spray
[my comment: a visitor to NYC better not risk it, see quora.com/Is-it-legal-to-carry-pepper-spray-in-New-York-City];

2) a baseball bat (make sure you have a ball so you can say you’re on your way to the cage)
[my comment: you better know your way to the baseball cage and be able to prove you intended to get there];

3) a cane (regular, no blades or anything James Bond-ish);

4) a small knife under 4 inches in length that is not spring assisted or switchblade, and a non-locking blade is probably your safest legal bet;

5) a roll of coins;

6) a self-defense umbrella (totally real thing, here’s the link https://unbreakableumbrella.com/)

7) a newspaper, see this demo:

8) a pool cue
[my comment: you better carry it in a pool-cue bag, know your way to a game room and be able to prove you intended to get there].

One more item, which Dale DuPont forgot, known as “the absolute 100% for sure best-self defense tool,” which you can take everywhere and never need any justifications or explanations for: The NTOI™ Key Ring Flashlight.

A quote to keep in mind:

“The best weapon is going to be the one you’re most competent at using, as well as having it handy when you need it.”
